CIMA特许管理会计师公会自2004年进入中国以来，于每年11月下旬举办盛大“CIMA最佳中国合作雇主企业颁奖典礼暨年度晚宴”，旨在表彰当年荣升为CIMA最佳合作雇主的企业，同时感谢长期支持CIMA的合作伙伴和为推动CIMA事业在中国的发展而不遗余力的会员们。

CIMA最佳中国合作雇主企业颁奖典礼暨年度晚宴是财界的盛事，每年,CIMA的全球总裁亲临现场发表演讲，相关部门领导与会祝贺，全球知名企业CFO云集，国内各主要媒体追踪报道，2007年还成为上海陆家嘴金融文化周的主要活动之一。

2008年，随着CIMA在国内的快速成长，活动将更上一层楼。

Starting in 2004, when CIMA entered into China market, the "CIMA Quality Employer Partner Awards & Annual Dinner" has been held every year in late November. The aim of the Awards is to honor the newly-awarded Quality Employer Partner during that year, and to give credit to all the Quality Employer Partners and those distinguished CIMA members who take great efforts in promoting CIMA in China.

The total and long-term cooperation between CIMA and partner employers is based on the common vision they share on the talent strategy for the China market. In choosing the CIMA qualification as a basis to shape the future of their finance teams, partner employers not only grant employees with financial support and time for learning and attending the examination but also provide a career path for those who take CIMA training. Every year, the CIMA Quality Employer Partner Awards & Annual Dinner is an extravaganza for the financial service profession. CIMA’s CEO will come from London to give a speech, important statesmen attending, CFOs from leading companies participating and extensive media coverage. In 2007, this event was included as a major part of the 2nd Shanghai Lujiazui Financial Culture Week, and in2008, with the growing stature of CIMA in China; we are all set to take the event to a new level.
